She is a registered member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveying (NIOS) and the Quantitv Surveying Registration Board of Nigeria-(OSRBN). She is also an Associate Member of the Chattered Associate Partner Yusuf Sulaiman Usman is a Registered / Chartered Quantity Surveyor both with the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS) and Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN). He has more than 10years experience in practice. He is also a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and Probationer Member with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Associate Partner Caleb David Bajeh is a Chartered member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS) and also a Registered member of Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN). He has more than 10years experience in practice. He graduated with a Bachelor of Technology in Quantity Surveying from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi. He is currently undergoing a Masters Degree program in Construction Management at the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi. Associate Partner Adinoyi Ozovehe Jamiu is a Registered member of He has more than 8 years experience in practice. He graduated with a Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying from Kaduna Polytechnic, Post Graduate diploma in Quantity Surveying at the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi State. He currently undergoing a Masters Degree program in Project Management at the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi Associate Partner Umar holds a Master’s in Facilities Management from Ahmadu Bello Universitv, Zaria, and a B.Tech in Quantity Surveying from the Federal University of Technology, Mina. With over 11 years of experience in various Quantity Surveying projects under CDP Partnership contracts, he is a dedicated member of both the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MNIQS) and the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN) Quantity Surveyor Ladidi Sulaila is a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor, bringing over 3 years of invaluable experience to the field. Her attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and commitment to excellence make her an asset to any project. Ladidi has HND from Federal Polytechnic Idah, Kogi State and she is a probational member of Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MNIQS). Quantity Surveyor Ikeoluwa Toluwalope Olajide is a dedicated Quantity Surveyor with BSc. in Quantity Surveying from the University of Lagos. Quantity Surveyor Evans is a Quantity Surveyor working with CD Partnership Ltd as a resident Consultant Quantity Surveyor. He graduated with a Bachelor of Technology in Quantity Surveying from Rivers State University (RU), Port Harcourt, Rivers State. He is an inspiring team leader Quantity Surveyor Muhammad Najibullah Ibrahim is a Registered Quantity Surveyor both with the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS). He has more than half a decade years of experience in practice. He is also a Certified Project Management Professional Institution (PMPI) with the Project Management Institute (PMI).
