He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors who has left his mark with over twenty-three years of in-depth practical knowledge and experience in the built
environment. He is a seasoned arbitrator, an astute project manager and procurement expert in the construction industry and chartered cost consultant.

Aminu is an active member of several professional bodies, including international institutes such as the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), UK, Association of Project Managers (MAPM),
UK, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), UK, and the Project Management Institute (PMI), USA. Additionally, he is an assessor and a councillor for potential candidates seeking membership into the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), UK, in Nigeria. He is also a registered practitioner with the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN).

He has a Diploma in Quantity Surveying from the prestigious Kaduna Polytechnic and a Higher National Diploma in the same field, a Postgraduate Diploma in Construction Management from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi, Nigeria and a Master’s Degree in Construction Project Management fromSheffield Hallam University, UK. In addition, he holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Public Procurement Law and Policy from the University of Nottingham, UK, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Organizational Leadership from the prestigious Said Business School, University of Oxford, UK.
